A Daily Devotional:

Make a Difference February 20, 2018

As a young Christian I continued to study, and I read that God gave each one of us gifts and wanted us to use them (1 Corinthians 12). I began praying that God would show me what He wanted me to do and began looking for ways to get involved at my new church. When I prayed, God, I'll do whatever you ask me to do! I had no idea the adventure God had in store for me or the places He'd take me.

God was showing me that He loved me, that He was with me, guiding me, teaching me, and loving people through me. I had felt like a nobody for so long, I didn't think I could ever make a difference in the world. But to God, I was somebody. And with Him, I could make a difference. With God, each of us are called to make a difference.
